EduCoin pricing: plans for learning centers and private schools
The price of the EduCoin CRM and coin system depends on the type of institution and the number of students. For learning centers the entry-level plan, EDUCOIN, costs 300,000 UZS per month (up to 50 students); for private schools, START costs 850,000 UZS per month (up to 100 students). Paying several months in advance gives up to 20% off. Prices exclude VAT, and you start with a 7-day free trial.

Discount for paying several months ahead
Prices are in Uzbekistani so‘m (UZS), per month. No VAT is charged (0%). Payment is made in advance: for one month, or at a discount for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Who pays
Only the learning center or school (a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur) pays the monthly fee. Students and parents pay nothing to the platform — the EduCoin School app has no payment function at all. In the separate EduCoin app for parents the core features are free and Premium is an optional subscription (its own offer: kidopath.uz/oferta).
Payment methods
Once payment is confirmed the account is activated immediately, or within 1 business day in case of a technical delay. An invoice and a certificate of completed work are provided on request at info@educoin.uz. Card details never reach our servers.
- Payme — online payment by bank card.
- Bank transfer — a transfer from the organization’s account against an invoice.

Refund policy
Send a free-form request to info@educoin.uz. It is reviewed within 10 business days and, if approved, the money is returned within 10 banking days by the same method used to pay. The legally binding full text is in the public offer.
